At Plusice, we are looking for a forklift operator to join our day shift (from 07.00 - 15.00) team at the factory.
If you're passionate about making things go smoothly, we have the job for you. You will be responsible for driving the forklift from production to storage, load/unload trucks, and bring nessesary raw material to the production. Our factory produces ice cubes for supermarkets and the restaurant industry throughout Denmark.
Your tasks will be
- Active participation in the daily production on the forklift
- Scanning barcodes
- Make sure pallets are wrapped correctly
- Load full load trucks
- Recieve materials from trucks
- Quality checks of incoming and outgoing products
- Ad hoc tasks reporting and quality control in collaboration with our production manager
We offer a full-time job on our day shift from kl. 7-15 monday to friday and 2 saturday/sundays from 8-16 a month in peak season (May-august) A job with a high degree of independence and influence. You will be part of a small team that together produces our products. You are ready to lend a helping hand where needed.
You are apart of a small team of 3 people in the production.
Who are we looking for?
With startup from 1/4-24
You have a valid forklift license.
We imagine that you have 1 to 3 years of experience from a similar position, where you have driving forklift and participating in production.
Your background is not important, as long as you are a stable, loyal and participating colleague. Knowledge of the food industry will be an advantage.
It is important to us that you
- Is good at driving forklift
- Is good at English, as all communication at the factory takes place in English
- Always able to lend a hand where it's needed
- Ready to work more in our high season Maj-June-July-August
In terms of personal qualities, we are looking for a colleague who
- Is self-driving and thrives on working independently
- Is structured and responsible
- Fits into the environment of our factory, where we have a free tone with a twinkle in the eye
- Will be part of the team and can lend a hand when needed

About Plusice
We are Denmark's largest ice cube factory, and our customers include large supermarket chains and the restaurant industry.
We are located in 3540 Lynge, where we have six to eight people employed full time.
PlusIce is part of a family-owned group, which has existed since 1977. The ownership is shared by the two co-owners, the brothers Lars and Tommy Christensen, and you will refer to the CEO Lars Christensen, who sits daily in the company's second department in Ebeltoft.
